About this Visa
New Zealand Relative Visa (Subclass 461) is a temporary visa is for those who are not New Zealand citizen family members of a New Zealand citizen to live and work in Australia for up to five years.
Eligibility
To be eligible for 461 Visa, the applicant must satisfy the following criteria:
- Must be a non-New Zealand citizen.
- Must be a family member of a New Zealand citizen.
- The New Zealand citizen family member is either living in Australia as a holder of a special category visa or will be granted one upon arrival in Australia.
