- Implement our recruitment sourcing approach while engaging all relevant stakeholders
- Advertising and spreading the role strategically via a massive set of sourcing channels exclusive to Konnecting
- Full and thorough screening of applicant prior to endorsement
- Checking visa eligibility requirements in-house with registered migration agents
- Only endorse the top-quality candidates to client who meets the criteria
- Standard recruitment process of screening, interviewing, qualifying, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, verification checks, behavioural/personality assessment if required, etc
- When client proceeds with applicant, organise signed contract and lead time/events until placement
- Engage in visa application process if required
- Coordinate any relocation of applicant and family if applicable
- Commence job placement and induction
- Continuous engagement with client regarding performance of placement
- Continuous engagement with placed candidate to ensure the role met their expectations and any critical employment issues are promptly and appropriately addressed
